envelops everything
swallows the light whole,
nothing escapes.

Stars are born and disappear.

The fractal Earth is seen in
patterns inside patterns,
Art mimics life and life finds
its own way. There are earthquakes
and accidents and tsunami waves.
There is light and sound repeated
everywhere.

There are theories and strings that tie everything
together
to a spider's web. Circles within circles,
patterns within patterns. I've been here
before. I will be again.

Holy books and visions fall onto a sea of glass,
break into new patterns. The cock crows thrice.
It is morning.

I've always wondered where thoughts come from. I don't believe in angels or devils, but I'm sure some of them are not my own.

we have no original thoughts, but sometimes we're lucky enough to notice and remember the good ones that drop in!
