lemon blossoms
lemon yellow
lemon tree
its art dangling
remembered
jonquils and
tulips, buttercups
and roses,
its curve of space
breaking light
breaking into seas,
into fear, into the
first rung on Jacob's Ladder,
reaching far above the clouds
into giant's hands
and

standing on their shoulders !
