The formula

The force is equal to the mass time the velocity squared 
divided by the radius

note: this is important ,
centripetal (not centripetal) force


Also understand
 constant acceleration out the radial line

Consider (
all the weight on one side of a dryer

will make it jump across the room.


Elliptical orbit flywheels

apposed paired rotation

concurrent orbits


Secondary set apposed elliptical orbit flywheels 
on gimbals for lift


Hint : harnesses constant acceleration out radial line

from zero to circumference velocity

by lengthening and shorting
the radial arms with hydraulic cylinders

during rotation
 in concurrent quadrants of rotation
