where have you been
as if I didn't know, where
did you go... guess I was caught up
in the chase, too spent
to be tough enough...
so it goes in our movement,
the steps we take to be sated
are footprints in stolen time

buried in a prepared hole
in the backyard next to the dog
be afraid if all your breath
is taken by the dominatrix
say No sometimes
despite the fact that black
garters are your thing
the nympho in your dreams

in the end is a grand illusion
a selfish agent from the dark id,
she cares not
if you follow your dreams
she is there only to distract you
if you blink your eyes in rapid succession
that lacy corset,
will be on You

I like it! I have been distracted in my day, the poem has that feeling, one of us is being a fool . The poem is so easly read The imigery of the yard and the dog grave ,just put a value on the whole senario, this was a cool moment for me , like a pet . Your work speaks directly to its subject in the best way as it conjures up the feeling of the situation .
