of decomposing assumptions of final judgment
having the last word by bull dog tenacity
reduced to if you say so
some unresolved childhood
not allowed to speak at the table
has manifest in refined double babble
condensing into something like this

though I haven't visited that site in a very long time, all I read here and there paint a grim picture...of course you are also describing the Republican party....double bubble...

Aha! This is the one they took down? YES, as Steve said, this could be about the Republican Party but the site owner knew it was about the bully on his site. It was probably the "pseudo authority" phrase that pissed him off and caused him to take it down. After all, he is the authority there. That place can be taxing on a person's nerves, that's for sure. You described the bully well.

I have not been allowed to post at AT for quite some time. I called the Jeff Monster an idiot. My word...no profanity, no nothing. I have sent him a couple of private PM's...don't think I'll be allowed back anytime soon.

The guy who runs that site is somewhere between a Communist / Socialist / Nazi fuck head.

Hay 68 good to see ya,they censer me all the time but I have friends posting there . When I nail old jeff they take it down quick , chicken shit is what I call it. He can deal it out but cant take it, I find it amusing in a pitiful kind of way, hell if you are going to be nasty, be man enough to handle it when some one bounces you around a little. I do not start anything, and will not participate in most arguments , but to stop a bully, you betya I will stand up and get in his way every time.

I've had many posts taken down as well as not allowed to be posted at all. I've also experienced many times where I was ignored when asking for explanation.

I'm done now. Just venting b/c things like this shouldn't be happening at a site that purports itself as nurturing poetry. It's a sham, a disgrace, and a cesspool of blatant crap.

I'm leaning toward opening a public page on FB and posting all correspondence w/this asshole. Any other suggestions for getting my stuff taken down? I no longer have editing privileges. Obviously.

I think the public page on FB might be a good idea. Then again, I don't know the legal ramifications of creating a place to vent and posting all correspondence. A bunch of us were on a tear here some months back, upset about the censorship and the way they allow the bullying and don't allow people to speak out. We were posting about it here on S8 and eventually I did delete it all and wrote a sticky note here to say let's not talk about other sites on S8. I was concerned about the legal ramifications, if there would be any, but most likely my concerns were simply paranoia. I mean, after all, it is a public site so we should be able to talk about it publicly.

Anyway, I'd be interested in knowing what About.com site the bully destroyed.

Oh, and I think that's a terrific poem, 68, the poem about the end of February. I'm going to look for it over there. I didn't see it. Why would they not allow additional responses?

I've left there several times and stopped posting for long periods of time but I always find myself going back months later and nothing ever changes. I don't understand the way the site is managed. Why would anybody want to let a bully control their site? (there are several actually) ... It makes no sense.

I found your poem over there, 68. I replied to it. Here's what I said:

It's OK. I decided to talk about it, too. No big deal. Previously, I removed very LONG threads where many of us talked about it. I removed them because I was concerned about legal ramifications, like I mentioned in a post above on this thread. But I was probably just paranoid. Who knows? Thing is, we all need a place to vent about bullshit that happens on the internet. Maybe someone should make a site for that... to vent about sites without naming them. I don't know. Certain internet sites can be taxing and stressful. It's NOT just that one! There are many.

every time this comes up, I make the same comment...why do you guys continue to torment yourselves visiting a site with an awful track record....from my point of view it seems masochistic....don't get me wrong, I'm not laying some heavy scolding on you guys....I'm saying this again because I LIKE you guys, and hate to know you're dealing with frustration in your lives.....I never get stressed about those guys, I have forgotten them ....years ago....

perhaps it's our nature to believe we can make a difference...i can kind of dig that....that maybe your broad vision will wipe off on some of these narrow minded, mean spirited narcissists.....but that's the thing about narcissists....they don't change.....they don't need to change, because....they are always right to begin with....I lived with one for many years, and one day, I said, I've had enough....and walked away....never looked back...happiest I've ever been

That's where i want to be....Sites are like neighborhoods...some are good, some places you don't want to live.....Sites can adopt the dysfunctional personality of the moderator...

Anyway...just a couple more pennies to toss in the fountain.... 8

Not so much the site but a couple of the folks there are fun to interact with. But, yeah...kind of like hitting yourself with a hammer a few too many times.

And, yeah, maybe just the principle of the thing...but, yeah...kind of like the girl slapping yeah one too many times in middle school.

And, yeah, maybe you'd like to put a fire cracker up the dickhead's anus...but, yeah...you're probably right, saw.
