ok now

Post by creativesoul » March 16th, 2016, 9:20 pm

i can feel the slight spark
welling up from a dark

where i just want more of you
time seems to fly when you are near by
you have left your mark
i have to smile
here in the shadow of sunlight
oatmeal
finally no rain
sometimes mornings happen in the afternoon
had a few things to do this morning
maybe a lil too soon

sometimes i can feel you approaching
in a little breeze
i smell the sweet flowers
knowing
countless hours
to find me
here by the river
in portland
with a dog
that likes to play frisbee
indians and hippies
keep portland wierd

ok now
would be a good time
really
spring break
masters??? talk to me baby with northwest rock
pretty funny for a girl that can barely match her socks

reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

one of my closest friends is out there in portland
we had some real good times together, were
cut from the same cloth, and three thousand miles
ain't a hop, skip and a jump....so our relationship
is merely electronic....have a weird spring break jana
if I come to visit Geo one day , I'll look you up
he's and old hippie artist working now with the down and out
at a joint called inside-out....jack of all trades
masters of many....good bye rain...here comes da sun
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

The call came through the mind space
the place and time abbreviated
hesitated in wanting
something so badly
then the clockwork worked its funny tick
and again the rooster crowed at the break of day
love finds a way
the poem holds so much so close
the dancers turn and turn about
eyes across the room.
