transitions

Post by saw » March 19th, 2016, 3:48 pm

this is the last poem of the day
I have decided it's time for me
to shift the creative gears from gloomy ink
to stringed vibrations, the bass lines
have a baritone voice
that cannot be ignored, my life
is an unknown opera
in a language I don't understand
but that's okay
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

a hint of Terence McKenna
micro-dosing the population
dreams now reality
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

I do like the opening line.

And I especially like your metaphor concerning the opera.

Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.
