fade to black

hearts cold
filled with a loneliness
delivered by abandonment

thoughts muddled
with an uncertainty
of a blinded minds eye

spirits descend
to places far more dangerous
than the hell that took them there

once all becomes black
there is little chance to return
from the depth of depression

the claws of depression can be overwhelming , and require outside help from loved ones and trained healers...often going solo just won't work
