When Bernie Sanders endorsed Hillary Clinton, he sold himself out.
He let his supporters down and he's two-faced, there's no doubt.
One day Bernie told his supporters that Hillary is unfit.
Four weeks later he vowed to help her get elected, he's a hypocrite.
A person is judged because of the things that he or she does.
Sanders is two-faced, he isn't the man who I thought he was.

Re: Two-Face Bernie
I understand the disappointment for all those that worked tirelessly, donated money they didn't have, and rallied behind his inspirational messages.... and to make it even worse, now we know through leaked e-mails that there was collusion from the highest levels of the DNC to marginalize Bernie and support Hillary. This is unforgivable corruption....and must be addressed.
But in the end, Bernie understood it was more important to defeat the Orange Neo-Fascist known as Donald Trump. I have respect for that gut-wrenching decision. Keep in mind he was able to push nearly all of his progressive agenda onto Hillary's shoulders. The way things stand this is the most Progressive democratic platform ever. Now, it's up to the those that believed in him to keep Hillary's feet to the fire is she wins the election.
To me, Bernie is a good soldier....he put aside his anger and disappointment to defeat another Hitler. For all those that stay home from the polls, I can't really blame you....you were cheated.
Oddly Bernie has always polled better than Hillary against Trump...but money and dirty tricks always win out...In the swing states it's important for Bernie-ites to hold your nose if necessary and vote for Hillary....in the other states where electoral college is a shoe in, then go ahead...vote for a third party to express your displeasure with the two party system and the DNC....third parties are necessary if we are to ever break away from Wall St.

I agree with saw 100 percent
Re: Two-Face Bernie
I'm not one for politics but here I side with what has been expressed by saw and doreen - when it came down to hammers & nails Mr. Sanders filled his hands with both and built the coffin demanded of him by the situation and when he was done with that, without hesitation, he turned his heart, his face and his hands to the defeat of the Republicans in the coming national election -
... we will go on but in turning our backs to Mr. Sanders we have turned our backs also to ourselves and for that there will be a reckoning, not because we made the wrong choice but because we lacked courage & hope for the nation the moment the nation needed that courage & hope the most - the kind of courage Mr. Sanders has shown by his recent actions - the kind of courage that has yet to be shown by either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump - the shame of it all is that Mr. Sanders would have made, as my grandfathers & grandmothers would have said, "a-pretty-up-and-walking-good" president - we could use one of those right about now, along with senators & congressmen & jurists of the same cloth -
The tasks laid out for us in the Declaration of Independence & the Constitution are not finished & our duties are still clear - time to acknowledge the example set by Mr. Sanders, put away the whine, put away the disappointment, wipe the sweat from the brow, roll up the shirtsleeves, pray, and get to work -

Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

Doreen, saw, mingo: more or less agreed. I gave my vote to Sanders never believing he'd make the cut, or even thinking he was actually right for the job; I voted for his platform, his ideas, to send a message to the mainstream Democrats: "Listen to this man. We are." With considerable reluctance, they seem to have grafted some of Sanders' DNA into their own. Given how deeply power is entrenched in DC, maybe that's all we can expect at this time. It's a beginning.
Very early in the game, I actually gave thought to voting for Trump. I wondered if supporting the least viable opposition candidate, the process's (obligatory) rodeo clown, might assist the Dems in the general election. But when the polls and caucuses showed him coming on strong, I quickly dropped that foolish notion & decided to vote my heart instead.
The task before us now isn't so much to elect Clinton, but to defeat Trump, and send him scuttling back under the rotting log he'd crawled out from.
