that little leap
of hope and faith
phone rings
brillant light of love
thank you
keeping it simple

simple is righteous
gratitude for the wee of stature
the daily workings
of life, the cogs and gears
of harmony
they call me mellow yellow
quite rightly cause we are twins
the ebb and flow
equally important, yet
insignificant if you know what I mean
and I know you do

old friends
new friends
all wrapped up
like gifts on friday night

heat of summer keeping everything
real
peaches and sunlight
honey
like an orange being peeled
those sections of sweetness

keeping it simple, but never restrain the simplicity.
