My own quietness mimics
the dead

who had nothing more
to say, had no more living to do
and decided to lie down

with the rest of their loves
for eternity

Made me think. the dead I know are not so quiet ,but I get the feeling of you poemand what you are saying about how you feel at this time, I get that way from time to time when I have been hasseld all I can take.

outstanding....so much power and art in such brevity....

Thank you. Been working on "fewer words" on some of my older poems. This is one of those.
