Roommate in the Loo

He's sitting in the bathroom taking on his phone!
One-thirty in the morning as if he were alone.
His voice is loud and echoes off the walls and floors throughout.
I want to flush his iPhone down the toilet, have no doubt!
What the heck's he doing in there? Talking while he shits?
It's possible I'll be awake all night until he quits!
Never live with roommates, friends, when you're as old as me!
It was bad enough in college. I'm sure you will agree.
I offer rooms to vagrants for a rent that's very cheap!
Good God they should remember that their landlord needs some sleep.
I think I'll build an outhouse in the yard where he can go.
And if he doesn't like it, he can migrate to Skid Row!
