is there more chaos then order

how did humans get to this place
it's no secret that we don't live on this planet
like a paradise, there are ancient texts
that tell us what happened,but the Bible
was put together by men after the fact
got some of the oldest knowledge
all coming out of a certain area of the world

as if only one area really matters
what I mean to say is that the voice of the people
has been stolen, so poetry is like a stealth voice
not that a lot of poetry really recovers the voice
it still keeps the notion of having a voice alive

so here is the shake, we have been overshadowed
by deception, mostly handed to us in school
if a poet can find a voice in the midst of all this
confusion then the possibility exists
that , humanity can find its voice

because we have been listening to some voice
from the clouds that still asks to accept everything
on belief, and maybe that worked when things were
more simple, but now that we have alien technology
and I say alien because they had technologies
thousands of years ago that we still cannot explain

so somebody has been keeping us in the dark
and who do you think that somebody is
the great poets tried to show us things
that mere belief was not going to do
and no matter how much you read parables
there is nothing like a poem written
with a people's voice,

we are at the divine comedy we are looking
into the inferno, we are at paradise lost
the wager of the heavens has been tossed
the eyes have been dotted and the teas
been crossed, and the tea leaves read
at the bottom of the china cup
Nostradamus wrote his prophecies in poetic
quatrains. "the unseen is discovered, hidden
for such a long time"
Poe's raven is cawing thrice
here come the exploding dice
what could be more foreboding

the veil is getting thinner
the look of the future is becoming grimmer
out there the wild stars will madly shimmer
a voice will crow through the black holes
open the border and let in the foreign flood
dimmer switch,and through the cosmos hole
the universe ship shall blow through

alas, and lo there is no such thing as a new world order

and the world just got a little scarier a couple of days ago....and even before that the power of greed was destroying the planet that provides life....and opportunities for young men and women dwindled like healthy air...I'm worried for them....At the same time, with kids and a grandchild I must have hope....hope that the ingenuity and determination of the young will turn the tide....it will take more than faith in god....
