sure I can proselytize
with the champions of the world
left to my imbecility and ego...
I'd rather couch my prejudices
in flowery stanzas
that hopefully don't hit you

picture a verbose sledgehammer

It's not that I'm looking for followers
shit, i can barely keep my own
train on the tracks, it's just
I can't help myself, I have to write
and apologize if I've offended any
of your senses over the years

mental vomit is often projectile

things come to me from the sky
they fill my head to saturation
droplets form on the tip of my nose
then drip upon the writing tablet
for transcription, I am a victim
of an ballooning mind

a double bubble bubble... doubled

without poetic ejaculation
I'd be as tense as a steel girder,
with no cold shower around,
with no avenue to relieve the pressure
my head would become ammonium nitrate
where one more single thought
could blow up the whole fucking neighborhood

I'm sure you see my point

Screw em....shout it from the roof tops.

Let 'em ricochet their half-baked
pendulations (there is no such word)
back and forth, doesn't matter much
in a place of sharing, plain and simple.
It's what we do, what we have to do,
what moves us.

Even seemingly throw way lines like

fit in beautifully. These words are just the right colloquial note.

I have a queasy sensibility at times----I picture this too well but it is an apt metaphor, just right here
