The Spin

You can spin a story around anything
fact or fiction, no matter
about a stone
or bowl
or a cloud that looked like a penis
then turned into a fish
with a huge hole for a head
that was in the autumn of ' 67
there were still roads
in the county then
that hadn't been paved yet
you could turn off a paved road
onto a gravel one
it was like going back
in time
H.G. Wells meet Jack Kerouac
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.
