With something that is supposed to make life
Not hurt
I had to agree to this insanity
My doctor will be surprisingly candid with her viewpoints
And I will disagree a bit
To let her feel she has made progress
Old hippies are not easy to convince

Sometimes I go to the appointment a day early
In eager anticipation or total fear

“Is the patient willing to have surgery?”
That is bold
I said” I dunno.. we don’t know what’s wrong yet!”

What happens when we die? I have had nothing but good experiences with death.

when to trust the doctor
when to get a second opinion
when to get acupuncture
see a chiropractor ....a shaman
how about a witch doctor
maybe a naturalist
I'm skeptical about western medicine
that seems to like to peddle drugs
and cut people, but sometimes
it is
the right thing to do
