something less dangerous to my health, but I am so gottdam lazy, so easy to light up. lMeditation, Not Medication
there is a book called Genesis Angles, Lou Welch and the beat generation, if I find a copy I will mail it to you. A scene he describes about the time he worked in an advertising agency in Chicago. Feel like I been carpooling to work with Lou Welch.

thanks for the poem, you did wonders for my chakra thingies, (if that makes any sense :?)

-you all are the Trail Blazers- hog farm refugee-
Salute- hope I make it to 70- ish?

The poem’m getting old is not for wimps”
Blessings
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---
