I think of the day
That passed before me
I fell asleep again moi moi
At sunset
Waking with the age cramping in my ankles
The dog : licks my feet and a wound from gardening
Careless with my red rake :
Dates and helicopter leaves

The hummingbirds grace my shanty
I bring them red sugar water in feeders
Who am I to judge anyone crazy before teaching
Art tommorow- I just decided to have art sessions here

The world opened up
My heart follows the color
The vibration sometimes meditation
Is more reality than where we live r
This planet is a beautiful place

I feel the healing in my body
I lit a candle for Jesus
I watch t v and hope for sleep
It does not work

It appears that there is something
I have to do
Tugging on my dress like a small child

Desires of a the young woman became my elderly gold
Friends I love young and old

Last night left me for sleep
Which handled me

The sun on my dogs fur
On
My face
I want to paint in the warmth of the sun by the window
It’s cold out
My snow bound hero’s

I can picture the hummingbirds-----but in addition the poem is a mix of meditation---overcoming some aches and pains----and the joy of seeing the beauty of the planet. Sleep? Hopefully you can get what you need.
