sitting motionless, body and mind
an expressionist visitation from a dead painter
with absinthe breath and cobalt eyes

tethered souls, soothed catharsis
leather hearts soaked in oil,
gathered pieces carefully stitched

the step daughter of Frankenstein
alabaster white skin of miracles, these
melted moments commingle and gel

days of anguish cleaned and dressed
crude connotations of taffy in the sun
whats it all mean ?

I have no idea, but I heard the words
drank the phrases like gunpowder tea
took notes off the side of the bed

dreamzzz, dreamzzz, eyezzzz open
they are free to come as they please
dreamzzz, dreamzzz, misty oracles

I trust you

I find the strength of expression, when it surpasses logic or reason,
defines a state of necessity incumbent upon the desire for freedom
unbound with a sense of grace following close behind... aliveness!

Expression through words; expression through music; expression is Being.

Never question openly that which arose from within.
