Starting with Nothing and Somehow Communing

Post by theirishsea » April 18th, 2019, 5:43 pm

starting with nothing but empty words
no, not meditation
not OM
not a guru's black hole of an eye
in which he is not home
but somewhere on a plane with God
jetting over existence silently
34 thousand feet up
thoughts appear disappear
are the roar of the jets
but not in the pilot's ears
quiet
peace
the glide of a large bird
existence a series of strings
and somehow there is music
order
somehow ignorance is knowledge
the tabula rasa is the quiet
where a virtual reality is a symphony
understanding is a mystery
words don't abstract
they are aware
the hum of flight
the hand of God tapping you on the shoulder
and the breathless breath offering
Elysium

I'm here dreaming of things I don't understand
The Irish Sea Is Always In Turmoil, Even When Calm.

understanding comes and goes, our physical location as a prompt
a rare poem is a gift.
Thanks for this

well done danno
you pose the interconnections in life so well
I felt like i was riding on a magic carpet
in and out of the complexities I desired to understand
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading
