The hycenth flower is so potent I am drunk
The scent makes earth living bearable and beautiful
Sometimes it as if it was a medicine
You know that time I was sick
Ate fresh watercress and foraged plants
Left feeling my way home In a new way
No one knows how this happens
Perhaps it is the way a person accepted the solution
The light returning behind their eyes
Their energy seems revitalized
Sometimes: I guess - it is wise to say some kind words
To the people we have loved
Maybe it is the humility and the heart
Or maybe some people just know how to talk to spirit
I find myself surrounded by scientists
I have only this soul
Meditation eases the sharp edges
Where the poetry lays down in the fresh grass
Languid with heat- the body full of words and music
The flowers witness all
The scent of mystical flowers

after reading numerous times I'd have to say this poem is exceptional
great imagery...i like it from the title to the last line...I often think
the more we dissolve our ego, the greater we can love the world....
