The door

Post by creativesoul » May 8th, 2019, 9:46 pm

Guess I’ll be in Reston va in June this year
My mother has a little bit of fear
Her husband cannot hear or remember
Anything she says

It’s funny how I know her tone
She wants me to dig what is bothering her out

Like coal mines underground
I have a bloody pick
To try to understand

I will paint with her
My heart breaks for her
We should all be so lucky
To have been in love for 41 years
I am amazed how charming her husband is

I don’t know how I can help but she is all happy that I am going to
Let me share with you
That it has taken a very long time to love her
And myself
She can be dismissive
Old actress residue
Or something
But
I love my mom
I cannot help it
Is the same with my children- and grandson
And after that
You just have love muscle
Open the door
Let that love shine in
If it need be - let me know
How I can show you that I care
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

This is a nice one. I felt good after reading it. Yeah, old age and definite imperfections in our lives but love opens the door.

excellent descriptions of the complexities
of being involved and loving someone
it ain't black and white....few paintings are
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

Awesome! True- so many choices... colors- shadows- nuances
The chance to create something beautiful
French toast for dinner

This universe is small,
I grew up for 20 years of my life
15 minutes from Reston VA
We all must go as the energy wills us
There is no empty space

My mama lives there.. I tried portland - that and Lake Tahoe are all I know about snow- that is not much at all-
For me: I need quiet/ a chance for my thoughts to talk to me
It’s nice - Reston- I prefer Huron?
I like the sunlight
The garden of my dreams is growing- I still want
Incredible intimacy and a best friend
Which makes me feel stupid
Not everyone gets that
There are painter groups in Huron
And little kids playing nirvana in the park
Really
Cool
Love to all of you
