listen for the intro to the black mirror night

with or without you
I must open the windows,
I couldn't sleep again last night
not knowing how it all plays out

the secrets hidden but available
to the curious cat that prowls the twilight alleys
looking for an unlocked Bilco, a visit to the basement
slipping into darkness

that All Day Music from War
when they drank damn good whisky
and laughed at the moon
and we should all slip away

standing too still gives the appearance of death
so Get Up Stand Up, mon
move those feet move those fingers
grab the knobs to the doors of perception

take a quick peek of a long look
do you hear that sexy intro, no lyrics
B minor, D, G, A....ah yes the chords
have been stricken...you have my attention

when you cant see your hand
held right in front of your face, marvel
at all the other senses you uncover
inside the black mirror night
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

sometimes a poem comes to you
too obscure for the average human
especially the author
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

SoC writings and music come from deep within and like lava must spew from time to time offering newness uncharted for the seekers.

I never attempt to question that which came from within.. or try my damndest not to so. Read/listen later and understand more each time.
