the toughest hill to climb
facing my limitations, had to
learn it was okay that a chore
would take longer than i was used to,
so I learned to be amused
at this impostor that stole my mojo
and left me here to figure it all out
my doc said very matter of fact-ly,
" you need to work smarter, your tasks
are not sprints. stop
beating yourself up, I don't have any pills
to make you young again...

well said= yeah it is a talent to slow down and like it
kind of groovy with the avacado trees that seem to sprout with me
