off the line of imaginings
leaning into leeward passion -
the wisdom whale swallows
the total futility of loss
leaving no thing in silence

the tree is
carved with
letters:
L O V E
and the heart beats
from within the trunk
... 1,000 treasures
to behold when ready
where the cobalt of time
ticks metronomically
