The Growing Heap of Political Rubble

Post by mnaz » July 19th, 2019, 1:43 am

Trump is a fossil, Clinton too.
On the take, all truths are fake.
Bush bombed a cradle of civilization.
Barack did as well; he just didn't tell.

DJT's governing leaves the country weak...
held together by his many lies and deceit

The Oval Office is his to abuse,
to sign new laws, to deny the truths

Once a spoiled punk, a bonafied liar and a cheat
now a fake president sweeping (R)'s off their feet

Our Nations laws that made us what we are
now under attack by an illiterate to the Bar

His followers cheering under his fat thumb
all the while playing them by acting dumb

Watch out for this clown, watch what he does.
what he says is as empty as what he always was...

Unfortunately these political poems are real truth----unfortunately nothing made up about them.

It's dawning on me the extent of the rubble, the extent of the ongoing RUSE, both "Democrat" and "Republican," all based on consolidating power and "wealth" and keeping it coming and oil flowing and escalation of consumer goods being consumed, all the while keeping em fightin' among themselves to not notice any theft of soul in the outwash, and hopefully not killing too many of each other to adversely affect market potentialities... They run numbers, and a certain threshold of casualties are acceptable before profits start to suffer...

And where is our attention? In slavery to our Corporate Overlords? I think so. Both parties drifted into this sort of indentured servitude (bought and paid for by corporate interests, who own our so-called "representative" government). Keep the peeps fighting themselves and they'll never notice. Trump says he'll build a wall to keep out "illegals," but I read yesterday that he's yet to build even one mile of this thing. Meanwhile I'm pretty sure he employs "illegals" in his (highly-leveraged) empire.

And Global War? That's Old Skool. Maybe those old contractors just didn't pay enough in the last cycle, kinda goin' outta fashion, changin' times et cet. I mean, Iran attacks tankers and shoots down drone(s), maybe even captures spies? And not a peep. Ten, twenty years ago we're at WAR already after such sequence, but it's not profitable enough now. Mideast Oil is kind of old hat. I think the Trump Circle wants to push into Russia..

I'm approaching more of a G. Carlin frame of mind as I get older:
"The whole thing is Bullshit, folks..."

Translation: a long history of L I E S, but that's not exactly news, fake or somewhat less fake, is it?

Re: "...a long history of L I E S, but that's not exactly news, fake or somewhat less fake, is it?"

Our species largely depend upon non-truths to get what others may have but most can't have.

That which is limited commands a greater need, i.e. more valuable in the eyes of those who desire.

Desire is a powerful "instinct" that drives life to survive and survival of the human requires more than the basic food/water/shelter/ trio.

We are Mind Driven. Our Mind controls us more than we collectively know. It is our of sorts, mind control is powerful only because man allows it. We listen to mind and react to what we hear mind says. But if we practice to subdue that power, we find a far more valuable prize.

"... mind control is powerful only because man allows it."

Kind of a "loaded" statement. Mind function(s) help "control" aspects of our navigation through waking life. But "Mind Control" is what Corporate, and the Corporate-Government (one "Side" or the "Other" constantly vying to run the Show), seek to instill, to keep the $$ Juggernaut rolling ...

I have children that have chosen to be off the grid-

I am too ducked needy to go without a social
Life
I tried to be a part of many groups-now I stand alone together
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

I don't know if it's so much a matter of "off the grid" as it is a matter to just tell the grid to get its shit together so that I, I mean we, can live a little more simply on it..

I think H.L. Mencken was an optimist about we the people. I don't think so much about Trump, it is his true believers that scare the bejeezus out of me. Yes Virginia, there is a hell and it is other people.

Yes yes, never mind/no matter cause it will drive you nuts if you let the combine get to you..one flew east one flew west one flew over...
