Are we all old men? And women too?
I've been here for fifteen years!
And longer before the split...
What have we achieved?
Much, I'm sure.
And little as well.
I rarely write these days,
as my energies are spent elsewhere.
But it's still important.
Still realitive, still useful
to check in from time to time
A bedrock of the information age.
For is not a public forum such as this,
The very best use of our technologies?
The sharing of ideals, of values, of hopes!
That is what we should aspire to!
It is easy to fall prey to the idea that the best is behind
False equivalancy I would say!
The best is yet to come!
That which I must believe!
That which I must hope!
