“ on the road to Santa Guadalupe ave - there are a few places near by - it’s a col de sac and the kids have run of the street
The bikes pass back and forth the sun goes down
The street goes quiet .. then it’s dogs barking and in between the night and day
Bats

There is a falcon that visits
And the hummingbirds seem fat
Pregnant
The birds take care of the place spiritual like
There are wagon wheels and fat rocks and strange cactus
And some front yards look like hide outs from the heat

Wintertime in palm desert California
Like a western ghost town
Buffalo burgers and loud music
