it seems a proper time to bring in ---

Post by mtmynd » March 14th, 2021, 6:42 pm

~darque (9)~

belief in the relief from the chains of the brain
incorporating stagnation of non-sense/common sense
dispelling the welling of stress repressed
by the incapable unable under a maple table fable of
missed myths hissed thru lips puckered, tuckered from
bellowing, yellowing screams of dreams
created, fixated, uninitiated constipated knee-jerked, overworked,
under-paid, over-abused, misused calculations of relations
unguarded, farted thru whole holes opened hoping for
paramount visions bringing ringing of hell’s bells
chiming, whining, dining on chosen frozen dinners for
winners and sinners repeating, deleting, cheating only
those who knows not some of the flotsam that climbs rhymes
structured, butchered by lives knifed into
segmentations, regimentations, compartmentalizations
assessing the mess undressed before mirrors of reflections
being, microscoped, telescoped, helio-doped into volumes
hinted, printed, minted and filed, defiled, re-filed across
spectrums rectums aching to be heard like herds of words
corralled by fences of defenses designed resigned a number
through sixteen thousand and one hundred and four million
not counting sub-letters ‘a’ thru ‘y’ (omitting the ‘z’) under
fluorescence of innocence where marque of the darque
becomes praised, crazed, raised into ways of known now blown.

yes! Read it out loud - think it should be recorded! Group recording? We each take a segment, mail the bit to one person who seamlessly binds it and posts it online.
A plan.
Do you all have a way of recording and sending?
I use audacity (a free app) and convert the file to .wav
?

I'd be willing, though I wouldn't exactly call my voice "commanding".

I use a Tascam, which can be set to record in either .MP3 or .WAV format. I usually output as .WAV, preferring fidelity over economy of space - quality vs quantity. Also use Audacity regularly to clean up podcasts I've downloaded (seamlessly remove promotional blurbs, e.g.); and to create mullti-layered soundtracks for my own videos. An amazing piece of open-source freeware.

I can also see this as YT video/slideshow, using artwork from our more visually gifted members. I'd love the task of editing this - assembling the audio clips into a whole, synchronizing it with paintings by saw, arcadia, et al - I even hear an avant-garde jazz soundtrack (Coltrane, Ornette, maybe some early Chick Corea...) I did a collab something like it with goldenmyst when were at AC...

(Slow down, Roy, slow down - let the team assemble 1st... we can discuss the details later)

Sorry, I'm apt to get carried away....
