4 minutes from the moment of death the body begins to decay
medical fact, proveable, demonstratable, repeatable, - 4 minutes

all my life I knew shit was moving fast
but 4 minutes?
4 fucking minutes?

a whole damn life,
erasure begins almost immediately

so, go ahead and tell me
that one thing is worth more than another thing
or what anything is worth
& for how long we continue stupid

you've got 4 fucking minutes.

gets right to the heart of things
I've given up watching the news
" if it bleeds it leads"
it's all about selling shit during the breaks
and there is so much more to life
than contrived sensationalism
take a walk in the woods
this isn't your practice life
the death of empathy is the birth of barbarism
