good stuff roy....love the sounds and doing it a second time with judih's voice.....I had another skin cancer surgery this morning....on my ankle,,,,so hiking is out for awhile.....and this was nice to find after 5 hours at the surgery center....or any time really !..... 8) 8) 8) ....thanx for the time and passion.....both of you

Frankensteve....thanx guys for well wishes.....ankles and lower leg in general take the longest to heal.....its all about the blood flow....takes 2 months to fully heal....those stitches in the picture are the outer ones.....there is quite a few inner ones that will dissolve......i was sufficiently warned by my surgeon to be cool.....go slow.....elevation and ice....especially first 72 hours.......so I'm trying to be the model patient.....because she related some horror stories about the bad patients.... I hope to be hiking in 3 to 4 weeks, but that could just be my foolish optimism ... 8) 8) 8) 8)
