Chickens and eggs

Post by creativesoul » September 1st, 2021, 3:54 pm

The hens
Are sitters : not to move around much/
They said that

I can feel them in the morning
Those chicks ..
want to go for a walk.

So I let them
They give me more eggs
When they have walked

My daughter in law is about to have a baby

I really feel surrounded by eggs and chicks
She is a “suicide girl”- and is gorgeous
This baby girl will be the first female in the line of dna

I am communing with five horses this morning

This grandma has a fire going
Burning so deep
It’s like knitting
Or anything like meditation
Yes
And the medicine of the elements
I carry wood
I iron my stuff
No one likes rough towels babe I don’t care what you are into
Line drying in the sun

So how did this all happen

I vaguely remember conversations about Chile 25 years ago

Flamingos
Black foxes with red tails
Biggest trout I have ever seen
Walk about in porvenir

I love the land
When a cow or a horse walk
Past my kitchen window
I smile

I had so many American addictions
I didn’t even know it
Unplugged from Starbucks or any random coffee house to suck down a man exlixir here vegetables
It’s what they got
So it is fun
Like an adventure in cooking

The puppy is still my baby
What a nut! She met five horses this morning
Had eggs and toast this morning
I rarely leave this little garden of eden
I dunno if God is here or not
None of my business
But today if you can hear me dude- thank you for the eggs and the chicks …
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

I smile because the world is still a beautiful place
Even though we all need to put on our big chick panties
And just get through this pandemic hysteria and isolation
My sister in bondi am an only go outside one hour a day- lock down-
If you ask me
They are trying to kill us
No activity
Money
Friends on zoom

Temple of doom

These governments scare me
Sorry about your luck pal
You must comply

smell of horses
sound of free-roaming chicks
sand in my shoes

(if there's a choice, i choose rural. Great poem, Jana)

this new connection in a "foreign" land to the earth and all its creations is a good thing for you.....it's good you settled here
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

Thank you… it was odd hanging out with the women in the desert- I met them all before in west Los Angeles in AA in 1986..

It was kind of like an archaic place-although in many ways they were angelic and a fine example of being an older women.. I was lonely there- it’s sort of a vast expanse of sand and scorpions
Never saw any snakes
Just love my family- and we have suffered from much distance previously—
It’s not that way now.. very funny how much you can love
