walk with me friend into the forest
where time slows down to a soft beat
and biorhythms climb trees for a better look
and hearts seek enlightening mushrooms

sprawling below the neural ground,....
and there is audiation in the air
and the tempo feels earthy
and the sky has got you covered

there is poetry along every step,
the winding trail is a path to the far regions
of the soul where you forget everything you knew
if you just immerse yourself in the wisdom of the rocks

and there are secrets
revealed for contemplation and absorption
there is truth, both stark and subtle
but it's not on TV

open the front door
go outside
find a tree
embrace it

your journey is just beginning

We got our first TV in 48.Friday Night Fights on a round screen the size of a dinner plate. I used to watch it for the animated Gillete™razor ads.

never can remember is the media massages the message or visa versa

neither I GUESS

the truth is out there
and it ain't about profit
or authority
or fashion
or likes or subscribers
it's about Life
it's about organic compounds
reacting
bubbling outward
in momentary defiance of entropy
and it's about seeing oneself
as just another wet bag
of hydrocarbons
and being okay with that
and contentedly accepting kinship
with the trees
