Just signed up for a week this summer at a Buddhist retreat in Vermont.....can't wait to do nothing.....

i went to my very first meditation class this week. afterwards there was a talk on shambalah training, and i signed up to get hooked up with a personal meditation instructor.

after the class, i felt like a plant that just had a big drink of clean water.
