I have known many women

And some of the people I know

Will suddenly speak in a voice

That seems shocking

One of my friends
will occasionally speak
Like a truck driver
Real deep and sassy

I can always tell what secret she is hiding

By her comments; like let’s all go up to Anza
She has a lover there
And wanted everyone to see that she is attractive to someone

I have other female friends that feel comfortable and superior
To men and continue to mention the things
They would change in them if they could

I listen

I dunno how to make it clear

That the ticket to ride is to stop being in fear
Of being alone

I like it

I think I might be a little bit crazy and like the things that come to me

I remember rushing home to Love
And being so stressed out about it all
It is a relief to turn myself away from that kind of love

I favor the kind of love that does not suffocate
No cold drafts in a house with no fire
Now I wonder what the neighbors are going to say when I garden in a bathing suit
Fortunately
There is a hedge of protection
For all of us

Now love feels like sunshine
The sea breezes flow my way
Here on the hill

nice 8)
the fear of alone
it is a wonderful world after that.not so easy for my rose of san antone
she a child of the 1920's
she asked her mother why she allowed her to marry a man like crazy mike. grandmother said it was because she never had a mother.
women's voices come and go like Michelangelo
always wondered why misogynists' gain so much power
they are invulnerable
ramble ramble ......
