But not always real fun
Oh yeah it’s good
But sometimes
All this profound depth makes me want to puke sometimes

I signed up for this: I made a commitment : long ago.

Sometimes it is all about listening
Hearing and not taking it personally
Empty vessel hallow bone
Somehow love is transmitted
There is an ebb and flow

Although it seems incredibly slow sometimes

the words are correct
putting thoughts into action, a little tricky
but maybe we're getting better at it? or at least more aware of how much work it's going to take to get better.

Too slow it seems at times.

sifting through a life can be tedious at times
these days I spend more time being thankful
for what is good....for what is working at this moment
and I believe most of the time we are doing the best that we can
at that particular moment in time
Awareness often hides in the bushes and needs to coaxed out into the light
