I had been 4 hours in the truck
To Santiago with the couple in garbled
Chilean Spanish which is very fast
I kind of ignore them
Look out the window

I miss our concrete and ridiculous parks
With odd trees and benches
Dogs run wild in Chile
I have to go back to where I was before
11 hours
Lots of friends
They all call me at once( you would think my friends were smarter than that; but noooooo
My sister drives me to Santa Barbara- the sea is brilliant
Filled with sunlight
We laugh
Days gone by

To today
She is so beautiful
So I am happy here in California
Magic words from my son- gratitude
Love
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---
