I Work in a Box

Post by mnaz » March 12th, 2023, 8:45 pm

I work in a box.
Four neutral gray walls.
Cubicle pens and pens.
Icy flourescent light.

I work in a box,
designing boxes,
always more boxes.
Can't even see the sky.

I would have a very hard time with this.....
when i graduated I took a job as an electrical estimator and draftsman
they treated me great
but oh those boxy walls and awful lights.....I know Brother

I quit to become a letter carrier for the US Postal Service
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

Plus, how many more boxes does the world need? How many more can it take?... Thanks for the affirmation. Those who've been there can relate...
