Yeah it’s true
Sleep comes on
And it is not really when other ppl sleep
But when that kind of sleep happens
I am grateful I haven’t just said “ fuck it”
Go to India and smoke opium
Or something strange to see in Burma
I love red rice
Anyway I have to say- eating clean and building my body back
After the wound on my leg episode
But it’s not that easy at 65
Fuck me running
But I am determined
Ya know
Will power and stuff

A hummingbird flew in my house
I had to help it get back outside
