the lunatic comes more often each day
of cocktails from the laboratory..HAHA !
Just growing old alone guarantees a certain amount of brain damage
but the white-coated assistant arranges the drip nonetheless

somewhere along the perpendicular tracks
you awaken from the nap of the dead
in the sleeping car you've grown used to
unsure when this started or how it will end

the lunatic keeps laughing, not at you
he is merely an icebreaker when shit seems too real
and as a poet I have an obligation
the dark fairy gets her voice, as she should

this is not a time strictly for butterflies
with unimaginable shapes and colors, patterns
I am an experiment
I am Morpheus rocking.....recording....there is no blackness here

visiting hours at the asylum for the eternally vain and broken hearted

sleeper teams as close to Bromance with out actual an actual dialogue of the skin
