bad dream

stumbles out of bed
clings to the hallway walls
shoulder bangs into the doorway
he thought there was more room

but he makes it to the bathroom
careful not to look in the mirror
one nightmare is enough
for one night
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading
