I shoot with an ancient digital Canon EOS
only 2 lenses - the 18-55mm kit lens it came with
and a 55-250mm telephoto I gifted to myself
I recently brought it to a weekly gathering of old colleagues
the following week one of the guys brought HIS camera
top of the line Nikon
musta weighed 20 lb
more controls than 787
400mm telephoto
and yet I've never seen a photograph he's taken
a few snapshots of the fam, maybe -
but no ball-grabbers

I concede:
his camera is bigger than mine
(and undoubtedly more $$$)
BUT.........
