appreciating what you have as a beautiful thing may be the only road to contentment...I think it is....we live in a culture that often cries for more....it's the fodder for advertising....and a false flag for achieving "happineness"

I’ve always treasured my solitude.
It was a joy to hear my own breathing!
Imagine how surprised I was to find myself
so alone, the pain became unbearable!
I’m shocked by the experience.
I never thought that could happen.
I’m over it now. Why would I lie?
