birds sing outside my
3rd floor window,
voices in back alleyways
echo to the music.

then silence, low hum off
in the distance and the
birds resume....man cannot
be shut out this day!

we are nature......
we float in nature.....
we bask in nature.....
we-us-you-them,
what else but nature.

catching a moment....

reminds me of a haiku I tried to write last spring
when the sun finally emerged from hibernation and caught the new green paradise, just outside my window......... thanks.

What else but nature.

six years
not so long
but life is different now
extremely so
dedicated to the wire
showing my stuff
my woman gone
it was a wild ride
in frederick now
with a ton of good friends
still wireman
but.......

I call these moments "epiphanies." But "This, too, (unhappily) must pass." Does it really go back to the beginning? Shucks! Astronomers haven't yet agreed there was one. jim
