One Little Prayer

Post by Toerag » September 22nd, 2004, 7:58 am

God, I want five million dollars,
Please grant this wish for me,
I want to purchase happiness,
For all of those in need.

I want to build a school,
Where kids would never fear
Hire the greatest teachers
Start each day with prayer.

I want to build some houses,
For the homeless on the street,
Food for all the hungry,
Nourishment for the weak.

I want to make a different world,
This one's really bad,
Guess we've never realized
Everything we had.

People suffering everywhere,
Grim news most everyday,
TV's all sex and violence,
Our morals are in decay.

So grant this wish for me dear God,
I'll use the money in your name,
(Well, I may buy myself one little Porsche,
and put "God" on my license plate.)

Yea....that's sounds great....I wouldn't mind being "wired"...either....wired up like a Japanese radio, at the pool, at the bar I swam up to, in the desert, next to the hacienda....
