The Demise

It started out as this
blank space,
so called time for
breathing,
left hanging, the
whole gang awoke
from the party
wondering,
surprised, some felt
betrayed by the abruptness
of the rest period,
it was as if their creative
spirits were hung out
to dry,
and they were right,
their senses did not
betray them.

Time marches, things
do inevitably change,
true faces are shown
as lines are drawn,
with time all the sense
of loss became evident,
the enlightened either
moved on or banded
together, as a stronger
unit leaving behind
what they really didn't
need after all.

I have felt like that but usually new life comes as the winter approaches because more people come online with an influx of new talent. Hang in there we are going through the same slow boredom at our site, which by the way you are welcome to visit. "C"
