i indulge myself by singing this again. Please bear with me. (judih)
Cry Sis
tears of Yes
across waters
as i fill lakes
abandoned by deserters
I cry sis
in agony torn from
death defying dragonflies
clinging to grapevines
we
small rains
in the sea
of hope
i cry sis
with power fire honey
drenching passionate
soaking us all
beyond skin
cry sis
cry brother
weep catharsis
over the planet
anguish overload
cries of pain
for those who cannot cry
cry
sis
and watch the cried out
clouds
simmer softly
into mist flecked stanzas
of love

"cry sis

haunting.
mourn the possibilities that were ripped
from us, before they had a chance...

of healing, of feeling
joy and laughterhuge sadness and disappiontment
i wouldnt know one if i never had the other
it is also another way to find you and get to know you
i hide
i dot cry hardly ever
when i do it feels good

Cry me a river sister
The Dead Sea gets deader
Every day
I hide in a tomb with white walls
Air-conditioned hell
Are there still stars in the sky?
If not for a window of poetry
I would be lost completely
I need gut wrenching sobs of grief
Catharsis of flesh that won’t float
This deadened body
Sinks like lead

i cry myself a vacuum
hoping life will seep in
till i puncture and grief bleeds out

I will follow my tears
to see where they lead,
plead with laughter
to return.
