Event Horizon

a leap of faith off Soldier Summit Utah
a rock cliff on the right
black ice
straight ahead the clear winter sky
a drop of several hundred feet
as the road curves to the right.
black windshield a shinning field of stars
and blackness below
Like watching Husserl's TV




a Tree
rooted to eighteen wheels
humming home sweet home
