upon the frozen
dew,

too many leaves & thick branches
in the woodlands
hide the night-skies

too cold or not
warm enough to see daybreak--
the frosted morning

and trust in the daybreak
belief in hidden & distant brightness
far away fair away fairway

no sight & no feeling
no taste & no touching
I hear you.

where horizons great and small converge...

I'm walking through that forest.
