Studio8 - Uniting the Arts

the things that i took for granted for so long
appear and trace my footsteps
last spring the people that live accross the street
helped me make the front yard look nice
planted bulbs and bushes together
the whole family helped
it was beautiful
they came from guatamala
have the most perfect lawn i have ever seen
and beautiful hearts
i realized when they looked out thier window
they saw our unattended garden
so as a peace efffort i mentioned
that i did not know wmuch about gardens
they offered to help and to teach me
i learned a few things and i made some friends
purple and white tulips are coming up
an entire colony
I got a bunch of low maintenence flowers that are red
for color recently
most of the tulips i ever grew came in a basket
all sweet as a gift
and when they were no more
i put them outside
this year even my basket bloomed
the one thing i know
is that if i am open
i will learn something
i bloom like a flower if given a little bit of attention
it really does not take much time to be kind
or get to know the people accross the street
try to see what they see
maybe make a project together
